Algemene voorwaarden

1. Validity

These terms and conditions apply to the sale and delivery of goods by FuwaFinds. These terms and conditions are subject to change. If these terms and conditions change, you will be notified of such changes on this website.

2. Order

A contract between you and FuwaFinds is not formed until FuwaFinds has sent you a confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the goods are out of stock (see section 3) or if other circumstances prevent us from delivering (on time). By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you declare that you are of legal age to purchase these products.

3. Price and Availability

The prices of the items are displayed on the FuwaFinds website. Prices are subject to change. All prices include sales tax. If an item is no longer in stock, we may be able to reorder it and deliver it to you. In that case, please note that delivery may take longer. You will be notified if this is the case.

4. Delivery of Goods

Fuwafinds delivers the goods to the shipping address you provided. Delivery to a shipping address within the Netherlands typically takes place within 6 business days. For the rest of the EU, the delivery time is 10 to 14 business days at the latest; however, in most cases (for common destinations), delivery will occur within 8 business days.

If FuwaFinds e is unable to deliver your order within these 6 business days, the maximum delivery time of 30 days still applies. If the delivery time cannot be met, you will be notified in a timely manner. You always have the option to cancel the agreement or agree on a new delivery time. Any amounts already paid will be refunded within 30 days upon cancellation.

The delivery time is based on normal circumstances. During holidays and other exceptional circumstances, delivery may take a few days longer. Payment is made through one of our payment systems.

Different shipping costs apply to large quantities, heavy, and/or bulky items. Goods are delivered according to the selected shipping method. FuwaFinds is entitled to fulfill the order in partial shipments.

 

5. Dutch Law

Contracts between you and FuwaFinds are governed by Dutch law, and any disputes will be resolved within the Dutch legal system.

6. Warranty and Return of Goods

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods or parts thereof. We will then refund the amount or provide replacement goods if you return them within 30 days of the order date or within 14 business days of the delivery date. The goods may only be returned if they have not been opened (if the packaging is sealed) and are in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly packaged goods.

7. Liability

If, for any reason whatsoever, we are unable to fulfill the terms and conditions or if you suffer damage as a result of purchasing goods from FuwaFinds, FuwaFinds’s liability shall be limited to the amount of the order.
